The F5 VPN client still has lots of bugs. This has been in developer preview for too long, a final release is needed. The issues in addition to the set up issues mentioned in other reviews: Client will keep port open if Surface is shut down or put to sleep without fully disconnecting the VPN. This requires a restart to be able to connect to VPN. Download and set the F5 Big-IP Edge (VPN) client IP. Big-IP Edge Client is a native platform-specific application for desktop operating systems that provides network access and endpoint inspection.
The Download Now link directs you to the Windows Store, where you can continue the download process. You must have an active Microsoft account to download the application. This download may not be available in some countries.

Requirements: F5 Access is a free application, but requires a valid license on F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager. BIG-IP Access Policy Manager must be running version 11.5 or later. Please contact your IT administrator to check if your organization is ready to F5 Access for Windows 10.
